Terms of Service

Simpli-FI OS LLC. Effective September 17, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Simpli-FI OS LLC for Simpli-FI Family, including the web desk at simpli-fi-family.com and the iPhone and Apple Watch app published under that name. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older to create a household, to sign in, and to invite another adult. The iPhone and Apple Watch app is limited to those adult accounts.

On the web desk, an adult may add a child profile so the household can assign chores on a shared iPad or computer. A child under 13 does not get an email login. After a child turns 13, the adult may invite that person to create a signed-in account. If you add a child profile, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian, that the age you enter is accurate, and that you are responsible for that profile, including chores accepted on a shared device.

The product

Simpli-FI Family is a private household tool for agreements, timers, meals, grocery lists, a simple calendar, and optional budget notes you type or import. Reward amounts you record are household promises. They are not bank transfers, not investment advice, and not a payment service. We do not connect your bank through Plaid in this version.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in names, chores, and files you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content so the household can use the desk. You are responsible for what you type, including nicknames for children.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harm anyone, to collect a child's email or other contact information in a child profile, to post personal information about a child in public, or to break the law. We may suspend a household that we reasonably believe is misused.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy and the Children's Privacy Notice describe how we handle information. Those documents are part of this agreement.

Availability

We offer the desk as-is. It may go down. Local copies live in the browser until you export them. Keep a backup if the record matters to you.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent Texas law allows, the service is provided without warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for lost chores, lost backups, or household disagreements. Our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty United States dollars if you paid nothing. This cap does not limit liability that Texas law says cannot be limited, including our own fraud or willful misconduct.

Governing law

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state or federal courts sitting in Denton County, Texas, unless a statute requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. If you keep using the service after the change, you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using it and delete the local household.
